The reason I’ve started my journey is I had a rude awakening to the reality of life in that I’m not getting any younger, and if I still wanted to lead a fun, and happy life I had to make some serious changes.
This week has been tough on me because my stenosis has flared up due to me getting my shots this Friday so I can feel human again. Once I get those I can get back to my walks and a bit of exercising. I weighed in at 248 which means I gained a pound. Uncool, but as I said I really was expecting anything being as I’ve been stuck in this chair most of the week. So short and sweet and if y’all got any recipes for me or diet tips please feel free to leave it in a comment. Thanks bunches.
