Hi Everyone! This is my Weight Be Gone Thursday. The reason I’ve started my journey is I had a rude awakening to the reality of life’s threats in that if I still wanted to lead a fun, and somewhat of a meaningful happy life I had to make some serious changes.
Okay, weighed in last Friday, and I was down to 248.4. Now before I go any further I want to remind every one once again that I started at 282 I believe it was give or take a lb., and depression wasn’t the word. It was beyond that. So, let me tell you this is all poundage because as far as tonsils, ovaries, gallbladder, appendix yep, ALL GONE.
God works in mysterious ways. He also so fit that I should not have Nutri System give a helping hand here. That’s right they said, “NO”! But it’s okay because I’m going to do this by myself. In fact, I would like to lose a pound a day until my party. My party is September 8th so that’s lets see 19 + 8 lbs = 27 lbs. Okay, think I can do it??? Let’s give it a whirl, and see what happens. I can do this buy myself (I hope).
So any ideas anybody??? I’m going to keep up the health club and on the days I don’t go there it’ll be walking around the park with “Baby”. So until next time. Let me give you a ‘BEFORE” picture, and in 30 days I’ll give you an after.
|Pretty shameful, and it makes me wanna cry! Even my Aunt is thinner than I. So in almost one month from today you’ll get another picture, an after and I hope to God it’s better than this one. (This was taken last summer I think).|
The Health and Wellness Center I’m doing 10, 10, and 10 of biceps, triceps, and push/abdomens. Besides walking around once hopefully 2 more weeks we up everything. Oh and I’m doing this bike think with handles, and I’m told it’s like jogging! HA! I couldn’t jog when I was healthy LMAO. Weighed in today 244.2 lbs. hmmmm I hope I lose 7 lbs. by the time we talk again, and yes I know now that I’m working out I might gain because of muscle weight. Hmmmmm That’s pretty dam unfair.
