So, this week is “FREEBIES” so ROCK ME BABY!  So, what do I have in my bag of tricks for you!  LOL  I think I would like to go on telling you about songs I use to love as I was growing up.  I believe I mentioned I really love Frankie Valli & the Four Seasons.  I saw him once in Vegas, and he had on this outrageous black & purple silk suit!  I mean WOW!   Here’s one of my favorites.  Let’s see if you remember!

Now, I remember getting out of school, and going up to the corner restaurant where everyone hung out & blasting from the Juke Box…

All right, are we having fun yet.  Let me take you down memory lane to my first sock hop at the high school.  Tell me do you remember Sam the Sham and the Pharaohs?

Sco tell me you weren’t with your friends & acted out this song! I know we all did it… well, back in the day any how!  And of course everyone did this one two with your buds! Which one were you?

I personally was Cher!  HA!  Have a great day everyone. Thanks for walkin’ down my memory lane!

What a good bunch of songs! I have to say Woolly Bully was fun for me. My Daddy is a nut and he use to go through the house sing and dancing like a nut that had fallen from the tree. As kids we got the biggest kick. Good, silly, fun. Thanks.

I saw your comment on my post and adjusted it and I’m glad you liked it! I LOVE the Beach Boys. I still watch “Full House” with my son and they’re on there all the time and I love sharing their music with him!

Did you know that “My Eyes Adored You” was Number 3 in the UK charts this time 38 years ago? How do I know this you may ask yourself, well….. It was Number 3 38 years ago on the week I was born. That’s how I know LOL. Happy MM Dolly x

Love the Beach Boys!! This kind of music always reminds me of summer, and since I am late to the party thanks to my stuffy head cold — thinking of summer is a good thing! Rock On!

  12.

If I choose this song for my song, I’d go with Cher’s.
    Thanks for rocking Dolly!

    Have a great week! *HUGS*

    Great selections, Marie!

This week, I’m doing a double dance with all of my 4M buds due to last week’s siesta with DH. More about that in an upcoming post! 🙂

My Eyes Adored You is such a beautiful classic. That was one of my favorites from the 70s and maybe still is today. Oh gracious, I just loved watching the Sonny & Cher show as a kid and I always liked how they closed each episode with I’ve Got You Babe. What memories! What fun!

Thanks for flashback on Monday’s Music Moves Me, my friend!

Thanks for the lovely comment!
