Link up an old picture and/or an old post! No rules, other than that. Have fun!

This is a picture frame that’s the shape of a little red school house, and this is my oldest daughter from birth to eight grade, and the last roll is my oldest son (who shall be 40 yrs. this December), my baby Angelina who passed in 1977 of S.I.D.S., then my youngest who’s graduating college this year, and she wants to be an E.M.T. & she’s going to be 33, and my youngest son is 34.  I don’t think Tricia changed over the years has she?  My baby is taking me to go see the Great Oz tomorrow at our IMAX theater – just her and I!  It’s been years since we had a date alone.  I can hardly wait!  DSC06454

Question Of The Week:

  •  What will you do this season to Rejuvenate and Renew your spirit?   Well, not quite sure how you mean that, so let me say that I’ve gone gang busters in finding a new doctor because my Spinal Stenosis has gotten worse, and it’s time to take a stand.  I’m mad as hell and I’m not going to take it anymore!  hmmm Where did I hear that before?  Okay, so it came from a movie, but I’m seeing someone new on the 27th and I’ll keep y’all posted!  Wish me luck!  That will rejuvenate me okay!!!

Question this week:  Do you follow Easter traditions?  Religiously?

Answer:  Well, with no more children in the house I don’t color eggs anymore 🙁  Unless I have a grandchild stay over, but they usually are home coloring their own, but they always bring me one.  I want to get to Church this Sunday for palms & then of course on Easter.  The mass is always so beautiful on Easter.  Very festive.

OK, got a riddle for you.

What is it that God never sees,
    What a king rarely sees,
    and what we see everyday?

Your just gonna have to wait for the answer.

As for Easter, we bake a variety of breads – cheese filled, fruit filled, cinnamon rolls, tea cake, lots of colored eggs, and a whole much of other goodies. Church is always every Sunday, and we are looking forward to fresh palms, too.

WAIT FOR THE ANSWER? Uncool girlfriend hahahaha… thanks for playing along. That’s a good one though I must say! Wow am I invited for Easter? Sounds mmmmm My uncle used to make these crosses, and since he passed away I haven’t seen one since. For the life of me I can’t figure out how he did it. I cannot wait for new palms either. What do you do with your old ones?

No riddles here, but just wanted to say thanks again fro stopping by my page. Also, with my little ones, we are not only decorating eggs, but we are baking, too. I did a review for Peeps a few weeks ago and made a Peeps decorated cake that my older daughter helped me decorate. We are going to make that cake again to celebrate with and she keeps asking to decorate it again and is excited to do it again!! 🙂

I like the frame and the pictures too. I’m sorry about your little one. My m-i-l lost a child to SIDS too.

I hope you have fun at the movie, we’re finally seeing that this weekend too. 🙂

I hope you find a new doctor that can help you feel better!

    Hi Marie
Thanks for visiting and following my blog. I’m here to return the follow. I’ve enjoyed visiting your blog. Come on over if you’d like and join my Link Party. The more the merrier. I’m your new follower.

OK, I linked my post that has the answer to the riddle.

For the old palms, you are supposed to burn them. We use the ashes on our plants. As for the bread in the shape of a cross. It sounds like St. Joseph bread. That is in the shape of a cross.

Thanks for the lovely comment!
