Tony - PromWell, here it is the beginning of April, and I’m sure all the kids are planning their Proms already!  This is my oldest son (who now has his own business, a wife and two beautiful children), in his first car and 17 yrs. old going to his Prom (his birthday is in December so he’s younger than the others).  In his Tux and ready to go in 1989.  Wasn’t he handsome?
Question Of The Week: When is the last time you did something new? Is there something new you’d like to do this season?I simply cannot remember when the last time I did something new.  Yes, there is something new I would like to do this season… LOSE MORE WEIGHT AND BE ABLE TO EXERCISE NORMALLY!  I would like to be able to ride my bike again or go swimming at the quarry.  I’d love to take walks with my dog without having to stop every ten feet.  Oh well, when I find that genie in a bottle maybe I’ll wish for that!StacyCheck out Stacy!

Question this week:  Have you started your Spring cleaning yet? Do you have certain things you do?Answer:  I do my Spring cleaning in October. Weird I know, but I like a very clean house around the holidays, so I put away my normal pictures and things to wear the shelves are bare, and other things around the house until it’s just about bare, and I clean, clean, clean, and we clean windows and carpets and start the end of September, so by the time Halloween is here we’re sparkling clean. In the Spring actually most of the cleaning we do is outside with raking, and bringing out my statues, cleaning up my rock garden, and getting more redwood chips (the name escapes me at the moment what those are really called), and we just clean up so the new life can bloom! We do clean windows too! I also change my curtains, and my bedspread, but that’s about it.

Have a great weekend everyone!

Answers: 1. Because he is dead 2. Because she keeps a good Stockholm.

He is quite a handsome young man in that photo! That’s actually the year I was born-go figure ^.^

We don’t really have anything specific to do when Spring cleaning rolls around. Usually the first sign of nice weather, we throw open the windows and get inspired from there.

    Happy Friday Dolly Dear!

    LOL, great riddles!

It actually makes a lot of sense to do a good house cleaning in October so the house is clean for the holidays. I wonder why everyone does it in Spring? I guess because you can open the windows and air the house out? Oh whatever. I usually clean the house really well every time we’re about to have company, lol!

By the way, your Twitter link in the top right corner doesn’t work. 🙁

Finally linking up with my Friday Flash Blog community. Thanks for linking up and sharing in the fun! Next time I would request you link to a specific blog entry rather than your general blog.

    Thanks! Jennifer
