A Review of the Steam Park Game!

This is definitely an adult game. This is no way a child game. In this management game you’ll have to build your own gigantic, coal-powered totally awesome amusement park & make it the largest and most profitable ever!   By constructing a three-dimensional, beautifully designed outrageous rides, you will see your park grow & grow right before your eyes if you play your cards right.

But as owners of those fantastic steam park, building attractions won’t be enough: you’ll also need to manage your employees, invest in advertising in order to attract and please the different kinds of guests visiting your park, and, above all, keep the dirt you park produces under strict control! Choose your strategy well! Build Stands to attract more visitors, or toilets to keep the dirt under control.  Whatever decision you make do it quickly: the less time you spend planning, the more time you’ll have to maintain you Park.  This game almost reminds me of monopoly in a sense because it takes a long time too!  It can keep the kids busy for hours once you explain how it works.

As you can see above it takes some time taking the pieces apart, and separating them to see what you’re doing.  I find that plastic zip loc sandwich bags came in real handy so you don’t lose the pieces.

Thanks to a clever, original action-choosing mechanic, winning a game of Steam Park is as much a matter of being the best… as of being the fastest!   FEATURES: Innovative yet simple, fast-paced dice system, by the designers of Dungeon Fighter An easy-to-learn game with 2 difficulty levels: one for the less experienced gamers, and a more strategic one for a even more exciting challenge.  The less experienced gamers would have to be me, and my granddaughters, and my husband. We just didn’t know which end was up.  My 15 yr. old granddaughter said first there was too many pieces, and no board, so you’ll really have to be imaginative, and if you read the instructions, and the rules you’ll have a blast I’m sure.  The girls and I laughed so hard I guess because we really didn’t know what we were doing, but I’m sure with a few more tries we’ll be pros.  You really need to try this.  It’s a hoot!

You can get this game at Iellogames.com, and they are on facebook and twitter also.
