This week’s THEME  is  Songs that inspire us!
Angel by Aerosmith I thought was good.

God gave me you by Blake Shelton

I typed in inspiring music on you tube and one song that came up that I knew is “Unconditionally” by Katy Perry

And lastly Eric Clapton came out with a song after his son died that touched my heart and made me think of my own child when I lost her, and it really kind of helped me. “Tears in Heaven”

Aerosmith is awesome, and Katie Perry is good, too. Also, Eric Clapton’s Tears in Heaven is a real tear break. But, you can keep the country music video.

This theme was just spot on for me this week.

I’m glad you found that song that helped you with the death of your child. *HUGS*

And great that the linky is working again!

Thanks for the great music! Enjoy your week!

Oh, I didn’t know you had lost a child. No mother should have to go through that. 🙁 Your songs were very inspiring.

I tried posting the linky on my post. It has been a while since I have done that. It would not work for me.

Tears in Heaven is such a special song. Every time I hear it, I am amazed at the courage that Eric must have had to write it.
Can’t go wrong with an Aerosmith song either 🙂

Good combination of tunes there, baby…something for everyone!

Really great picks! Tears in Heaven always gives me goosebumps.

Good choices this week Marie I liked them all ..Tears In Heaven is a classic 😉

Have a tanfastic week ahead 😉

Oh I tell you, Eric Clapton’s song Tears in Heaven is so sweet. I can’t imagine the grief any parent must feel to loss a child, and I selfishly pray that I never will. Although this song was written out of sorrow, it is a beautiful piece nonetheless. Great songspirational picks, my friend!

I LOVE Blake! Nice choice! All the songs are awesome! Here is to a great week!

Wonderful and touching choices today. Wishes for inspiration and love. Have a wonderful week.

    I love tears in Heaven.

I’m late today and playing catch up. Love Eric Clapton’s tears in heaven. Great inspiring songs and new to me. Woo hoo, I made it. Love you and have a terrific week!

Loved Aerosmith and Blake Shelton….refuse to listen to Clapton’s song, though. I just can’t.

Thanks for the lovely comment!
