Now this is absolutely breath taking. What do you think? There’s only three of us tonight to enjoy this wonderful meal, and I didn’t cook any of it. Nope, not a smidgen of work from me and we had this scrumptious meal! Now you’re saying to yourself, “Oh yeah, right”! Well, let me tell you how our day went. Dave and I looked up Honeybaked Ham places on the Internet & found the closest one near us in Naperville, Illinois. Twenty minutes later we were there. As we both breathed in this luscious aroma we looked around. Check this out!
Since 1957, HoneyBaked Ham has been handcrafting fine foods for family dinners and events, beginning with their signature fire-glazed, spiral-sliced Hams. Their quality products have become both a tradition and a warm memory for families… my family.
As you can see they not only have HoneyBaked Ham, but they have barbecued ribs, Roast of Beef, Meatloaf and Turkey too! So many sides too many to mentioned. Anyway, we searched around for items we could get for our pre-Easter dinner! Our choices were (naturally) the HoneyBaked Ham, potatoes au gratin, green bean casserole, and desserts! Ahhhhh yes! Desserts! Dave decided on cheesecake & a Chocolate Mousse cake. Oh boy, now who would love that?!!
What I’m trying to tell you is you can create a most wonderful Easter dinner minus all the work. All you have to do is visit a HoneyBaked Ham store in your neighborhood. Why spend your time in front of the stove when you can be with your family enjoying that quality moment! Every HoneyBaked Ham is glazed by hand with the signature, sweet, crunchy glaze, and has that sweet yummy taste that only HoneyBaked Hams signature glaze can put that smile of satisfaction on your face! 🙂 Just like this one! Yes, I was really there sitting at the dinner table with everyone else eating a hot meal. HOT MEAL? What’s that????
You can browse around the store, and pick your own sides, and desserts. They also have condiments that are so special such as the Honey Mustard we picked up which goes great on rye bread with some leftover ham!
Oh boy, I’m getting so hungry. Just one more thing. My buddy Kim where I went to pick up our dinner was so nice and helpful that she even let us savor the moment!
Now, let me say that if you go to HoneyBaked Ham’s website and join their VIP program you’ll get a mess of wonderful coupons, and that was our friend Kim’s suggestion above and our neighborhood HoneyBaked Ham store on Naper Rd. in Naperville, Illinois, like 15/20 minutes from our house. Now remember I have four children, and their spouses & going on 10 grandkids! Check this out! Do you think I would rather be cooking for this Army and washing their dishes & this is only half of them?
They have indoor specials such as: $54.99 Easter Ham & Turkey Combo – Pair a Turkey Breast (approx. 3lbs) with your choice of a Boneless Ham (approx. 3.5 lbs.) or Quarter Ham (approx. 4.5 lbs.); $22.99 Turkey Breast (with any Half or Whole Ham purchase); $24.99 Easter Brunch Bundle – Cinnamon Walnut Cake and Honey-Spice Bacon; Heat & Share Sides: Two for $13.99, three for $19.99 With Coupon… http://HoneyBakedfoods.com/pdfs/2014_HBH_BloggerOutreach_coupons.pdf ;
