Okay, just a cold tuna delight tonight because it’s hot and steamy and I’m sweatin’ bullets! Sheesh! So let’s start with…
While boiling my creamettes and eggs I chop my celery, onions and four cloves of garlic.
Now I’m chopping some red pepper (sweet – to give it some color), and I put a heaping tablespoon of relish in there too! Seasoning is Onion & Garlic powder, Celery salt about four shakes or to taste and pepper).
Putting all chopped veggies, seasoning etc in with creamettes, and then adding chopped hard boiled eggs, 2 cans of drained white tuna (in water), and then adding Miracle Whip salad dressing to taste. I also add a squirt of mustard to taste (cuz hubby likes it), I also add paprika on top and sliced eggs and sprinkle parsley! YUMMY! and a cool meal! Bona Petite~!
Sometimes I add chopped dill pickles, that’s really good! TIME TO EAT!
