It seems I just cannot get it together lately. Sorry I’m so late – hope you’ll forgive me!
For Waldorf Style Chicken Salad you will need:
Grilled the chicken breast till done, but it’s nice and juicy. Let it cool down and then chopped into smaller cubes.
Wash and dry all your fruit and vegetables.
In a bowl combine chopped apples (skin is optional), chopped celery, cut up grapes (in halves), chopped walnuts, mayo, yogurt and lemon juice. Mix it well. Add the chicken and toss it gently around till everything is lightly cover with the mayo and yogurt mixture.
