#childrenbookreview

These stories are so cute I enjoyed reading them all by myself and just read them again to the grandkids when they came over.

Such a story to read with regards to mother nature.  To teach the children that weather does change and what we could do when we’re outside.  My little ones stayed very interested and even my ten yr. old granddaughter who I thought might be bored wasn’t.  She wanted to hear the rest of the adventure in the rain when I stopped to put it down.  It was heart warming that she wanted more time, and was so interested.

What a delightful story about children having fun in the snow.  It kind of reminds me when I was little and with the first snowfall what should I do first.  These children decided to make a snow-woman.  Just an adventure story for children to love, and how to build their own snow person!  What fun that was as a kid making snow people and running to as my mom for a hat or a carrot for the nose and buttons too…

My Spring Day

My grandchildren love to sit and listen to me read them a story, and the next one was “My Spring Day” they love to sit real close and look at the pictures as I’m reading, and help me turn the page.  You’re going to love these stories about a day in the life of a child and your children or grandchildren will too! I think what it really is the closeness and the quality time together talking & reading about something they could and would do and they picture themselves doing it.   The words really aren’t all that hard either so children learning to read will not have a hard time with it at all.  I must say that hey are totally colorful too with great pictures that the children love.
