OH YES, OVER THE HUMP AS THEY SAY!
LB. of bacon
1 can of water chestnuts
4 boiled eggs
1 cup of salad oil
2 tbs. of Worcester sauce
1/2 cup of sugar
1/3 cup of ketchup
1/2 cup of chopped onions
1/2 cup of yellow cider vinegar
Wash & drain the spinach. While that’s draining fry up the bacon nice and crispy. Chop your onion into small pieces & also quarter your hard boiled eggs. Now we’ll make the dressing. Get a small bowl & mix the rest of the ingredients together to make your dressing.Spinach leaves, chopped eggs & onions are to be put in a nice big bowl. Crumble your crispy bacon into the bowl also, and then pour your salad dressing over it. Chill for about 30 minutes. Dinner is served!
