Awww! Just look at that sweet face! I bet you couldn’t stay mad for long!
That decal on your wall is really cool, Marie.
I love your wall decal! I don’t have anything fun like that right now, but it reminds me of when I was pregnant with my baby (almost 20! LOL), I painted one wall in her room with a Winnie the Pooh mural! I’ll have to see if I can find a pic of it and post it on my blog! Unfortunately, silly me, being a nice mom, let one of my older girls paint over it a few years later, when they switched rooms. LOL
I wish I knew what to do about your puppy chewing things. Thank goodness he wasn’t hurt! If it seems to be certain things, you might try putting something like tabasco sauce or something he doesn’t like on them…?? Or if you are able to catch him when he starts, maybe get one of those whistles they don’t like, or something like that, and use it every time he starts chewing on something? Good luck!
Aww! butter wouldn’t melt heheh! I like the that on your wall I want one
My tip would be is to buy another lamp heheh!
Have a lamplesstastic week Marie 🙂
hahaha Steve you’re a card!!!! hahaha
Try keeping as many chew toys for him as you can. Labs love to chew and run! They are very active and need to release lots of energy. They chew when they are bored. Oh and they love to roll in stinky things! But I love them!
OMG You’re right about rolling in stinky things. Our last lab did that all the time. Drove me crazy! hahaha Charlie has lots of chew toys and stuffed animals he likes too… he throws them in the air and catches them. He’s too funny, but you’re right he’s got tons of energy!
Great wall decal. I will just offer up some prayers for him. Thanks for hosting and I hope that you have a wonderful week.
Patrick, you may be right. I haven’t tried prayers yet and I think that’s a great idea. You’re too sweet my friend.
Have you tried crate training? It’s no fun when even a beloved pup messes up the house, especially if he puts himself in danger in the process! Good luck finding the solution that works for you! He sure looks like a sweet thing 🙂
Thanks Amanda and you’re so right.
It has to stop snowing at some point right?
I surely hope so my friend. I surely hope so. Right now we just have COLLLLLLDDDD!!! BRRRRRR
I guess get him a lot of toys to chew on, keep a watch on him, and if there’s a cord that hangs on the ground put a rubber or plastic bar over it.
What a sweet face though!
Hmmmmm now that’s a thought and believe me Charlie has tons of toys!!! Those squeaky ones will be the death of me yet!
Yeah, Charlie has a lot of pent up energy that he is trying to relieve. He is bored. I would try the Tabasco sauce on things that he likes to chew on. I like the crate training idea, too. I crate trained all of my dogs. When you are away from home, put him in the crate. Don’t let him wander around. Actually, don’t think of it as a punishment for the dogs. Dogs actually come to love their crates. With my dogs, I had to keep them out all the time with the door open for them as they would go in there to sleep in the day. I had three get in one crate all the time. They all wanted to pile on each other to sleep together.
I am currently putting together a Monday Music post. I don’t know if I will post it this weekend or not. I’m thinking of the Monday after Easter now. It’s basically all put together and I just need to add a few more things to it.
