My pick for today is all about ME!!! When I was little my dad nicknamed me “Dolly” cuz he thought I was a toy in the corner of the nursery when I was born… thus the nickname “DOLLY”! So…. here’s my pick!

OH, and as you probably know by now I am playing along with the A TO Z crowd and above you’ll see what I have chosen. Hope y’all like it!!! I DO… CUZ MY NICKNAME IS DOLLY! hehehehe~
Today’s theme is….. a (drum roll) ” April 9th any songs re: Easter or whatever you wanna post”! Sorry for my mistake! HUGS TO ALL!!! So also April 9th has another important meaning to me and if I could just do that first please… April 9, 1977 my daughter Angelina Anne-Marie was born and she was adorable and so smart doing many things she shouldn’t have been doing at such an early age like trying to crawl at three months… but what happened was my baby girl died of “Sudden Infant Death Syndrome” as to she stopped breathing in her sleep. There are two songs that reminds me of this that I would like to post in remember of my “Angel” (her nickname)… The first is by Debbie Boone “You light up my Life”! and the other is by Eric Clapton’s “Tears in Heaven”! EVERYONE… LADIES & GENTLEMEN… THIS WAS ANGELINA ANNE-MARIE the love of my life and always my guardian angel that’s with me every second of my life and always in my heart!
Sorry, guess it’s my little tribute to my baby girl… believe it or not this happened August 7, 1977 and sometimes it feels like it never happened and it was only a dream, sometimes like yesterday and some times like it’s only a memory!!! Bless you all for taking the time to look, listen and ….. well, you can fill in the end. NOW LET’S GO ON JUST ONE MORE TO CHANGE THIS SUBJECT…………. hmmmmmmmmmm Easter boo boo how about………… and how about “Here comes Peter Cottontail” (Call the kiddies)…
LUV YA ALL …………. AND GOD BLESS YOU & GOD BLESS AMERICA ! Thanks for Subscribing to emails & Following us! LOVE YOU ALL… HUGS… THANKS FOR THE DANCE~~~ WHEW! I’M POOPED! ~hehehehe~

Don’t forget to follow everyone! Bye y’all! See ya next time!

Tears in Heaven is such a moving song! Thanks for sharing!
Perfect song for “H” my friend and a lovely tribute. Your daughter with you only a short time but always loved and never forgotten. She was beautiful! Hugs to you on this day!
Hugs to you. I also believe she is your guardian angel. A moving tribute and thank you for posting “Hello Dolly”, a song I haven’t heard in many years.
You Light Up My Life is one of my favorites, I find it inspiring as well as bringing tears to my eyes. A loving tribute for your child… Thanks for hosting! God bless!
Marie,
I’m making my rounds to all on the dance floor before I hop off to my appointments this morning. I barely have the energy to boogie with no food or COFFEE to start my day. Yeah, I’m having my annual physical which means I can’t eat until after my first appointment. I’m gonna be starved to death! lol
“Hello Dolly” is an heck of a good song for today’s A2Z prompt. I know it’s hard to lose a child. I can’t even imagine but your little Angel will always be in your heart and one day you’ll get to hold her again. 🙂 “Holiday Inn” is a fine movie. I really love those old vintage films.
Thanks for boogieing with me. I only have a few more to dance with and I’ll have everyone caught up until more file in on the dance floor. Have a good day, my friend!

I never knew you lost a child… I’m so sorry.
I also chose “Easter Parade,” which was also the theme song for the movie of the same name starring Bing and Judy Garland. I found about a thousand versions of it but no one does it like Bing.
Beautiful tribute to your baby girl. I am so sorry that happened. XO
Thank you very much, and thank you to everyone for your kind words. You guys are the best.
Beautiful songs. You did brighten my day. Nice tribute to your daughter. Thanks for hosting and I hope that you have a wonderful Monday.

I just played You Light Up My Life on the piano the other day. Here comes Peter Cottontail has been on all week. My son loves that one at Easter.
Thank you so very much for playing along this week! You have been missed by many and loved by all. I didn’t know you play piano. Cool, so do I!!!
What a beautiful tribute to your beautiful baby girl – you have a bonafide guardian angel watching over you! ((HUGZ!!)) Loved your song choices, Marie – sorry I keep running late every week, but at least the week isn’t done yet! 😉 Hope you’re enjoying your weekend! 🙂 And yes! I owe you Kahlua – I have a couple bottles set aside just for you…soon I will actually box them up and ship them! LOL! They get better as they age, so they’ll be even more delicious when they finally arrive on your doorstep. 😉
