We’d like to get more folks on the dance floor. Our party has dwindled & I’m sure that’s largely due to bloggers coming and going in Blogosphere, but I’m going to set this challenge to ALL my readers PLEASE bring a friend & tell a friend to come on over and join our party & let’s all have the greatest boogie party ever!  Have you asked anyone lately to attend the 4M party? We’d love to fill the dance floor to capacity! If you haven’t done so, then let me challenge you to hook at least one new person to come boogie with the crew. It’ll be a blast!  WOO HOO!!!

Hey girlfriend! I’m digging your tunes this morning. I’ve not heard the Jones/Japlin duet which is really groovy. They were great together! Well, I don’t have time to watch Motown Returns To The Apollo but it sure looks like a great one watch. I think I’ll save a link to the video to watch/listen to later. Thanks for sharing the dance floor with me, darlin’. Have a boogietastic day and when you come by be sure to vote in my BoTB, too! 😉

Those were really good tunes! Hey, I saw Janis Joplin in concert and I met Tom Jones…way, way back in the day!

  3.

You look happy with your grandkids!
Tom Jones and Janis Joplin – interesting combination.

What a great selection of purely classic tunes here. Very nice. Enjoyed them all. Also, great pics.

Love all the videos. Wow, some I’d not heard in a very long time.

Awww on your family shots. All looking so happy.

I loved the video of that amazing doctor that you sent me. Wow, he’s good.

Thank you for joining the Awww Mondays Blog Hop.

Have a fabulous Awww Monday and week. Love you bunches, Marie. ♥

I was absolutely blown away (WOW) by the Janis Joplin/Tom Jones duet. Had no idea that existed. I couldn’t stand Janis Joplin when she was singing – now, as a senior citizen, I appreciate just how much talent she had. What a loss when she died so young. Oh yes, there were the other songs, but nothing like the two Janis Joplin videos. I’ll have to check out the Motown when I have a big chunk of time.

Thanks for the lovely comment!
