OH YES, OVER THE HUMP AS THEY SAY! HAHAHA
So, I promised you a recipe, and a recipe you shall have. This is yummy stuff too. Now get your gramma’s pot (hehehe yours will do), and fill it half way with water. Put in however many chicken legs you would like, and a beef soup bone. Sometimes I use beef neckbones those are good too. Then we’ll add 2 cans of chicken broth & 2 cans of stewed tomatoes (Italian style preferred), and then 2 chicken bullion & 2 beef. Okay, veggies next.
Depending how much you want to make a bag of carrots, stalk of celery, I put parsnips as you can see, but that’s not necessary if you don’t like it, 2 cloves of garlic, and now our spices. Garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, onion powder/chips (all is to taste), and boil away… once it starts to boil lower the heat to about “2”, and then stir now & then. When you’re ready for the small soup noodles of course add your salt begin to boil, and pour in. Remember to stir more often then you would if they were just boiling in water because they’ll stick to the bottom. When they’re done…. “SOUP’S ON”!
